Inspirations
Things worth looking at before designing: sites, artifacts and craft references, each with one line on what to take. Anyone on the team can add one.
This is a reading list, not a rulebook. Designers and Claude agents skim it, pick what fits the job (or nothing), and record what they borrowed in the page they build. Brand rules live in BRAND.md.

claude.ai artifact EutoEabApR7HuASHfWqqMd
Pocket
Parity targetreviewedReal mechanism detail, demo-first order, three levels of copy (claim, mechanism, trust FAQ), cost shown on every action, a receipt per action, a native details FAQ, a Web/Phone switcher and an honesty footnote. Reviewed through the EXA-381 teardown on 2026-10-12 (off-repo Paperclip document; pointer in the notes file).
Leave: Dark only. Its 390px and light-theme rendering and motion timing were not measured.

Vestra
Site referencereviewedGhost word on a sticky stage, a chapter bar as page rhythm, two characters as a loop, an instrument-window collage, a static card fan, one gilded word per headline.
Leave: Gold small print at 2.61:1, autoplay stages and typewriter headlines, grain and dust overlays, five type families, paper-only with no dark theme.
-
Anthropic
Site referencereviewedOff-white paper ground, black type, photograph as the only colour; underlined words do the emphasis.
-
Pentagram
Site referencereviewedChrome is nearly nothing; a filter sentence replaces the menu and a 3-column masonry carries all the colour.
-
Linear
Site referencereviewedNear-black ground, tight headline of about 72 px, one grey sentence, product screenshot bleeding off the fold.
-
Stripe
Site referencereviewedExactly one gradient object per screen, then strict monochrome; one type size in two colours.
-
Vercel
Site referencereviewedBlack and white only; a three-column hero on an invisible grid with one 3D object.
-
Work & Co
Site referencereviewedRed used exactly twice (6 px top bar, logo); two-column editorial grid; case-study-first.
-
Resend
Site referencereviewedDark ground with a diagonal light-sweep, serif display headline of about 88 px, code blocks as imagery.
-
Raycast
Site referencereviewedDark mode built from layered gradients, borders and glows, not flat black; floating rounded nav.
-
Instrument
Site referencereviewedWordmark at viewport width as the header; one saturated field per page. The hero video did not render in the capture sandbox.
-
Locomotive
Site referencereviewedTwo colours only (red field, cyan serif); comma-separated nav; reveal-only motion below the fold.
-
Razorpay Sprint 26
Site referencereviewedOne electric blue owns everything with white line-work. The closest preview of what Tangerine everywhere would feel like.
-
Jeton
Site referencereviewedSolid orange-red field, white headline of about 120 px bottom-left, white outline pills; sections alternate colour and white.
-
Adko
Site referencereviewedOne yellow takeover band as the only colour on the page; huge condensed display type over small body copy; stacked sticky case cards; hairline logo strip; typographic footer. Sent by Bhavya as a late addition and torn down in the adko addendum.
Leave: 91 MB of autoplay video, the 3D hero word-flip, body text in vw, scroll effects with no static fallback, no reduced-motion handling.
-
Wispr Flow
Site referencereviewedPivot headline (upright clause then italic clause), before/with proof card, sticky device with a step rail, colour-plate testimonials, chat-shaped FAQ, rounded band edges, two-tier spacing tokens.
Leave: Pinned morph and scrubbed pile with no reduced-motion fallback, cream and beige grounds (rejected as brown in round 3), a second display family, continuous ribbons and marquees, sub-44 px targets.

Add an inspiration
Fill this in, copy the entry it writes, and paste it into inspiration/board.json on GitHub. On GitHub choose to commit to a new branch and open a pull request; the repo checks the entry before it merges. Reviewed means someone actually opened it and noted what to take; if you only have a link, leave it unreviewed.
- Copy the entry. Open board.json on GitHub and press the pencil.
- Paste it as a new item inside the
entrieslist, with a comma between items. - Commit to a new branch and open the pull request. Name the branch with a Paperclip issue id, as the repo asks.
No GitHub access? Post the link and one line on it as a comment on EXA-203 in Paperclip and the artifact-builder adds it.
